叶克勇

中华网软件 执行董事长兼首席执行官

叶先生目前担任中华网软件执行董事长。作为业内领先的企业管理软件公司,中华网软件在全球百强企业管理软件供应商中排名第18位。叶先生曾负责筹划Pivotal公司和Ross系统公司的收购,为中华网软件的创办奠定基础,并担任中华网软件董事会副主席。作为中华网软件的创立者,叶先生自1999年1月至2005年2月担任公司的首席执行官。在他的带领下,中华网投资集团有限公司成为大中华区率先成功登陆纳斯达克的网络公司之一,为其他中国企业在美国资本市场的上市打开了大门。

1978年,叶先生曾与来自班加罗尔的印度同仁Kumar Konanur共同创立Yipkon商业系统公司。作为第一家总部位于纽约的印度外包公司,Yipkon率先使用班加罗尔的印度劳动力为美国的企业提供外包服务,并成功地实现US$100M美元的年收入,与美国军方、美国财政部、美国国防部物流处和包括英国公平人寿(Equitable Life)、摩根保证信托银行(Morgan Guarantee Trust)、银行家信托(Bankers Trust)、纽约人寿(New York Life)和汇丰银行(Citibank)在内的多家金融机构建立了合同关系。在市场行将崩溃之前,叶先生于1987年将Yipkon公司出售给MCI Worldcom。之后,他回到香港继续对软件和IT企业进行投资。

作为中华网软件董事会副主席,John Clough参与公司战略规划及成长规划,并主要负责销售渠道的全球扩张。Clough先生是董事会成员之一,同时兼任中华网投资集团有限公司执行委员会主席。同时,他也是General Atlantic LLC的顾问。

Clough先生为中华网软件带来优秀的企业管理软件技术和丰富的企业管理经验。他与其他人共同创立CSSL集团并担任执行总监,该公司是亚洲和澳大利亚地区最大的中层应用软件分销商和硬件零售商之一。在加入CSSL之前,Clough先生在总部位于澳大利亚的全球中层软件分销商JBA公司中担任亚洲区总经理。

Simon Wong

谭伟豪博士

谭伟豪先生是香港权智有限公司主席兼首席执行官,负责公司整体策略的制定以及业务和技术合作伙伴的拓展。Tam先生与他的兄弟在1998年共同创立了香港权智有限公司,并在1989年发布了世界上第一款英-汉电子词典----权智快译通。1993年,公司完成重组,并在香港联交所上市。谭先生现任香港电子业总会主席,亦是一系列公共事业机构的咨询委员和理事,经常受邀为很多技术、行业和管理会议及论坛担任演讲嘉宾。谭先生于1986年毕业于香港中文大学,获得科学和电子学士学位,而后获得香港理工大学的博士学位。

黄仲翘

黄仲翘先生自2007年3月起成为中华网软件董事会的成员。黄先生是香港永泰信息技术服务有限公司的创始人和和总裁。永泰公司成立于1988年,总部位于香港,向中国和北美主要提供信息技术咨询服务、软件产品和服务。黄先生拥有美国加利福尼亚大学数学专业的博士学位。 1975至1981年,黄先生服务于美国加利福尼亚州政府数据中心,担任首席架构师,并于1979年获得加州政府颁发的“杰出服务奖”。黄先生于1982年回到中国,在中国内地和香港地区担任跨国信息技术公司的高管职位。黄先生曾获选香港电脑学会“杰出人物”。他是大学教育资助委员会的成员,也是香港特别行政区政府中央政策组创意产业咨询委员会成员。黄先生亦担任多所香港和中国内地大学的工程及信息技术学院的顾问。

Chung Kiu Wong

Wong Chung Kiu was appointed to the CDC Software board in March 2007. Mr. Wong is the founder and managing principal of iASPEC, a group of companies that provide information technology consulting services, software products and services in Hong Kong, China and North America. iASPEC was established in 1988 and continues to maintain its headquarters in Hong Kong. Mr. Wong obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California. He served as the principal architect in a State of California government data centre from 1975 to 1981 and received the Distinguished Services Award from the State of California in 1979. Mr. Wong returned to China in 1982 and has held senior positions in international information technology companies in China and in Hong Kong. Mr. Wong is a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society. He is also a member of the University Grants Committee and a member of the Advisory Committee on Creative Industry of the Central Policy Unit in the Hong Kong SAR Government. Mr. Wong serves as a member in the Advisory Committees of various engineering faculties and information technology academic departments in the local universities and those in China.

Sin Just Wong

Sin Just Wong was appointed to our board in February 2007. Mr. Wong has served as an independent non-executive director of China.com Inc., an affiliated company, since November 1999 and independent director and chairman of the audit committee of CDC Games since February 2007. He is the executive co-chairman of E2-Capital (Holdings) Limited, chairman and chief executive officer of SBI E2-Capital Asia Holdings Limited, executive chairman of Suncorp Technologies Limited, co-chairman of China Renji Medical Group Limited, chairman and chief executive officer of China Pacific Acquisition Corp, independent nonexecutive director of Capital Strategic Investment Limited and non-executive director of Intelligent Edge Technologies Berhad. Mr. Wong possesses over 15 years of investment banking and venture capital experience, and has held positions with a number of international investment banks. Mr. Wong holds a bachelor of engineering degree (first class honors) from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London and was qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. Frank K. Au

Frank K. Au is an independent board director of CDC Software and CDC Games. Mr. Au is also Chairman of CDC Mobile. Mr. Au is a founding partner and Managing Director of Latitude Capital Group, a boutique Asian investment bank, which was founded in 2002 with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. Latitude Capital specializes in cross-border China M&A and private placements. Previously, Mr. Au was the head of media investment banking in Greater China for Lehman Brothers Asia and had spent time in both Lehman's Hong Kong and New York offices in their industrial, LBO, telecom and technology investment banking groups. Mr. Au was also the president & co-founder of Pacific NetMarkets, a technology incubator. Mr. Au currently serves on the board of NASDAQ listed Grand Toys. Mr. Au holds a master's in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics and East Asian studies from Columbia University.

James J. McDevitt

Chief Operating Officer, CDC Software

James McDevitt is Chief Operating Officer for CDC Software. As COO, he is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Information Technology. He also is responsible for the operations of the CDC Global Services business that is focused on all areas of IT professional services and outsourcing. CDC Global Services provides services ranging from project management and consulting to complete offshore project and development resources.

With more than 25 years of operations and finance experience, McDevitt comes to CDC Software from Geac Computer Corporation, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Performance Management Division. Previous experience includes serving as Geac's Vice President and General Manager, Industry Specific Applications Division and as Chief Financial Officer for then NASDAQ-traded CLARUS Corporation. Earlier, he held business analyst and financial management positions at Georgia-Pacific Corp. and Bausch & Lomb. He holds a master's degree in business administration and bachelor's degree in accounting from Bentley College in Massachusetts and has completed executive programs from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bruce Cameron

President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing, CDC Software

Bruce Cameron is Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Marketing and is responsible for overseeing global sales and marketing for the company's enterprise solutions.

Mr. Cameron was originally hired into Pivotal in 2003 as General Manager. He has overseen license revenue growth of over 20% per year in North America and has had similar success in EMEA. Today he manages the sales and marketing of numerous product lines across multiple geographies for $350M CDC Software.

Previously, Mr. Cameron held executive positions at QAD Inc., Delano Technology, and JBA International. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales for QAD Inc., Mr. Cameron grew revenue in North America from $7 million to $45 million in two years and from $10 million to $100 million on a worldwide basis, while adding major customer accounts, including Gillette, Unilever, and Colgate.

At Delano Technology, Mr. Cameron grew revenue from $6 million to $30 million in a single year while serving as General Manager. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Cameron held executive roles at JBA International and was responsible for taking the company into four new vertical markets, helping JBA surpass $100 million in sales in these verticals in three years.

Alan MacLamroc

Timothy F. Coen

General Counsel, CDC Software

Tim Coen is general counsel for CDC Corporation and its subsidiaries. Most recently, Tim was vice president, general counsel and secretary for IP Unity Glenayre, Inc. and its predecessor Glenayre Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held global company engaged in the worldwide distribution of complex mobile messaging systems platforms, mobile applications and entertainment media. Tim holds more than 25 years of domestic and international corporate and transaction-oriented legal experience. He has served as an attorney in major law firms and as an executive-level in-house lawyer, including tenure as of counsel with King& Spalding, LLP. He also was a partner in the law firm of Powell Goldstein LLP, and in-house counsel with Concert Communications and with BellSouth Corporation. He has represented numerous technology companies in complex software, technology and professional IT services transactions, as well as in corporate, securities and compliance matters and other complex commercial and financial transactions.

Per Norling

Mr. Geist is responsible for delivery of software services to CDC Software's North American customers and global support for all CDC products.

Mr. Geist most recently served as a partner at Tatum, L.L.C., an Atlanta-based national consultancy focused on providing financial, strategic and technology services to companies in transition, accelerating their business growth and creating value. Previous experience also includes serving as CEO for Application Partners, L.L.C., a consultancy providing business intelligence and data warehousing services; senior vice president and vice president for Headstrong, Inc., an international consultancy; partner and branch manager of Whittman-Hart, Inc.; director and group manager of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc.; vice president, Information Technology and Services for Scientific Atlanta, Inc., and several other IT management positions.

Niklas Ronnback

Senior Vice President, Services for EMEA

Niklas R?nnb?ck is Senior Vice President, Services for EMEA. He is responsible for all customer service, across all product lines in EMEA.

Since 1997, he has served in a variety of management roles at CDC Software including Vice President, Operations at CDC Supply Chain.

R?nnb?ck brings more than 15 years of enterprise software experience, specifically in the implementation of ERP, order management and warehouse management systems. Earlier, he was President at ?hrwall & R?nnb?ck, a privately held logistics and supply chain firm.

Mark Sutcliffe

General Manager, CDC Factory, CDC Software

Mark Sutcliffe is a general manager for the company's CDC Factory solution, a packaged manufacturing operations management solution.

Sutcliffe is an acknowledged authority on continuous improvement and change management practices, centered on technology. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Europe and the U.S. on the subject of deploying technology to leverage "human capital" and achieve "breakthrough performance" across the whole enterprise.

After an outstanding career in enterprise software sales, Mark formed MVI technology in 1991 to provide leading-edge improvement technology to the food & beverage manufacturing sector. In the fourth quarter of 2006, MVI was acquired by CDC Software and the product line has posted consistent record sales quarters.

Stephen Bruce

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, CDC Software

Stephen Bruce is vice president of Human Resources and leads CDC Software's global HR organization. Mr. Bruce has more than 15 years of experience in the management and delivery of human resources for small/emerging software organizations, as well as, large enterprise software providers. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Bruce held global HR director-level positions for Infor Global Solutions and Geac Computer Corporation Limited. Most recently, at Infor, Stephen directed global HR for the Strategic Solutions Group, comprised of the CRM, SCM, EAM and PM business units. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for eCredit. Stephen holds extensive experience in all facets of HR including: executive leadership, talent management, acquisition integration, organizational development, performance management, and compensation programs/planning in diverse and rapidly-changing organizations.

刘先生拥有20多年高级管理的阅历。他以改造和重组现有及创建新企业的卓越才干为同行所钦敬。他同客户建立互信互助的密切关系更是有口皆碑。最近几年,他任职美国硅谷发展最快之一的高科技公司Viador. Inc总裁,这是一家执牛耳的Web商业智能解决方案供应商,亦是上海和勤软件技术有限公司的一个子公司。他曾任职该公司全球销售和国际销售副总裁,负责将公司的产品销往欧洲、亚太,特别是大中华地区。在他的领导下,Viador公司在大中华地区的销售额取得大幅增长。除了直接销售外,他还创造性地将原始设备制造商(OEM)的战略应用在与中国内地垂直行业独立软件供应商(ISV)的结盟来成功地推动产品的销售。此外,刘思源在中国还创建了Viador公司新的外包业务。早前,他在一家以美国为基地的IT 公司Hamilton/Brighton 科技公司任职中国及香港地区总经理。之前,他在加利福尼亚州的多间IT公司担任技术管理的职务。

Anil Dwivedi

Vice President, Japan and Korea, CDC Software

Mr. Dwivedi is CDC Software's Vice President, Country Manager, Japan and Korea. In this role, Mr. Dwivedi is responsible for expanding reseller channels in those countries, and identifying and evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities, including the expansion of the CDC Software franchise partner program to Japan and Korea. Prior to joining CDC Software, Mr. Dwivedi served in various executive leadership positions in the enterprise software industry in China and Japan including senior business development management roles at Wipro Japan KK in Yokohama, Japan where his responsibilities included consulting large Japanese corporations on their IT and off-shoring strategies and selling services related to web technologies, Infrastructure, security and ERP. At HCL in Japan and India his role was focused on sales of SAP services and alliances with SAP. Mr. Dwivedi is a graduate of the premier Institutes IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) and Management Graduate of IIM (Indian Institute of Management).

Sean Yu

Vice President, CDC Software and Chairman, CDC Software (China)

Sean Yu, Vice President for Development of CDC Software and Chairman of CDC Software (China), is responsible for establishing, expanding and managing the company's China offshore operations. Under his leadership, CDC Software's offshore capability in China has grown from scratch to account for more than one-third of the global product workforce within three years. To ensure CDC Software's rapid growth in China, he also identifies and examines acquisition targets, conducts due diligence analysis, and serves as board members on the company's joint ventures to ensure their continuing success.

Before joining CDC Software, Mr. Yu held senior positions in the field of supply chain management. Creative solutions developed under his guidance are still supporting a number of globally-known companies today in optimizing their supply chain and transportation networks.

Earlier in his career, he worked at the Harvard Institute for International Development conducting economic and investment analysis for international and government institutions such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Mr. Yu received his M.S. in operations research and M.A. in urban planning from Harvard University.

Monish Bahl

Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, CDC Corporation

Mr. Bahl is responsible for communicating the company's financial and other relevant information to shareholders and the financial community. He has held a variety of management positions with publicly traded companies and has extensive experience with Wall Street.

Prior to joining CDC Software, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations of Verso Technologies, a next generation telecommunications equipment provider in Atlanta. In this role, he communicated the company's strategy to the investment community, was involved in two equity capital raises, as well as mergers and acquisitions activity. Earlier, he was one of the founding members of HarborPayments, an e-commerce financial services company that was later sold to American Express Corporation. Prior to HarborPayments, he worked as Assistant Vice President for Parker/Hunter, a sell-side brokerage house later sold to Janney Montgomery. In that capacity, he served as a senior equity analyst covering technology stocks such as Computer Associates, Ansys and others. He was also involved in five public equity offerings. He holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of science from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
